Long Distance Ground Transportation
Some breeds of dogs and cats are not allowed to fly with commercial
airlines either due to the perceived or real aggression of the breed
or, in some cases, for the safety of the pet. Some short nosed breeds
of dogs for example may not be allowed to fly on commercial airlines
because it is felt that flight conditions could compromise their
health. In some cases however the owner just prefers their pet receive
the individual attention and lower stress associated with driving to
their new home. Should overnight travel be necessary your pets stays
with our staff at pet friendly motels where they can be walked,
properly nourished and watered and provided the proper atmosphere for a
good nights rest.

Seattle/Portland $150 per pet
Portland/Eugene $120 Seattle/Spokane $250 per pet
San Francisco/Los Angeles $350 per pet
We can handle the pick up from the breeder to the airport check-in.
We can pick up the puppy from the airport - clean them of any mess that may have happened in transit and take them to the new owner.
We can also provide long-distance driving if needed...see below.
Services
Dog Gone Taxi, provides you with these services:
- Take your pet to the groomer and back
- Arrange daily or weekly daycare trips. If your dog is not in your daycares service area - we can take them there.
- Transport your pet to and from the veterinarian. Even wait and bring home medicine and instructions.
- Emergency call (last minute to vet)
- Transport to and from the airport. Clear your pets with customs. We do not book flights. Pets MUST be in approved kennel you provide.
- Take your pet to the boarding facility by their check-in and check-out times.
